Throughout my time in the Exclusive college recruiting program, I received an unbelievable amount of guidance and support from my coaches. From monthly calls with Coach Forester, to zoom meetings discussing my development, the coaches truly made me feel looked after and appreciated. They guided me through the complex world of recruiting, always putting what was best for me first and keeping my thoughts positive and grounded. Coach Forester was an immense mentor to me all the way from starting HSl to the day I signed to play college baseball. His guidance is one of the leading factors in my success on and off the field, specifically in his push for me to excel in the classroom. Nate went above and beyond in reaching out to schools on Joe’s behalf.  He was the first person to connect Joe with Coach LaRosa at WCU.  Joe was then on coach LaRosa’s radar, and he made it a point to see Joe play in person this year when he played for the Philly Bandits in various Showcase Tourneys.  Nate’s support and guidance were critical in this process as he was able to position Joe with various programs and gain interest for him at various levels including DI, DII and DIII schools in order to find the right fit.

"Joey schedules a meeting once a month (at least) for a video TEAMS call with Underclassman Director Randy Bednar.  During these calls, Randy discusses the ups and downs of baseball from his experience playing and coaching, the mental struggles that come with the sport and how to push through these mental struggles. Randy has done a great job discussing the importance of building athleticism and playing multiple sports mapping out specific player development programs for Joey to improve.  Randy has really helped with hammering home time management and the importance of school grades and how these prepare and translate to the next level. Along with the mentorship he has provided Joey, Randy has also received multiple videos outside the monthly meeting from Joey to help with hitting form or just give guidance. We appreciate the mentorship you have provided my son and look forward to the growth throughout the program."

It’s a long process and time consuming, I can’t even imagine how you guys possibly do this all the players you help achieve their goals. Thank you guys so much. Baseball Factory and your staff should be proud and I absolutely can see why your do what you do. That feeling of knowing you just advocated for and worked on stop for so he can achieve his goals is amazing. You guys are awesome. Keep doing what you are doing, these athletes have informed the next STUDENT athletes and you guys do a great job of reminding them of this.
